Sweet Delights is run by baker Monali Soni, and her cakes are the brand. What began as a home bakery is now a small first-floor shop in Vishwamitra Society, Jivraj Park — but every designer cake, doll cake and cookie batch still comes off the same work counter, made to order.
No catalogue of frozen cakes, no middlemen. You describe the celebration; Monali designs, bakes and pipes the cake for it.
